Loft Conversions Types

L-Shaped Loft Conversion

Perfect for properties with an existing rear addition, especially Victorian and Edwardian terraces. We form two dormers — one over the rear roof and one over the main roof — which join in an “L” shape.

This layout provides ample floor area and flexibility, making it ideal for a master suite or two smaller rooms.
